Guest speaker Clive Rowlands OBE, flanked by Welsh Rugby Union President Dennis Gethin and Welsh Academcals President Gerald Davies CBE, backed up by Accies Life Members, Vice Presidents and committeemen.
A packed Cardiff and County Club hosted the prestigious Welsh Academicals Annual Dinner 2012 as the Welsh Academicals celebrated 85 years. Guest speaker Clive Rowlands entertained those assembled with the passion that has served Welsh rugby so well for over half a century, with a backdrop of images from the Accies history along with video highlights of the most recent rugby.
A presentation was also made to Steve Williams, whose contribution to the Accies as player / coach / committeeman covers several decades. The image below shows Steve (back right) with the Accies at the Hong Kong 7s in 1987.
