Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Club will be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 3^th July 2024 in the Cardiff Athletic Club trophy room.

The agenda is as follows:

1. To receive apologies.
2. To receive and confirm the minutes of the 2023 AGM.
3. To consider any matters arising.
4. To receive the Chairman’s report.
5. To elect the Officers and Committee.
6. To receive and approve the Statement of Accounts for the year ended 30^th April 2024 from the Honorary Treasurer.
7. To appoint an Honorary Auditor.
8. A.O.B. where due notice has been given.

Nominations for Officers, Committee, Amendments to the constitution and A.O.B. should be sent to the Secretary in writing (e-mails accepted) no later than 7 days before the meeting.
